Team

Founded by Aurimas Kadzevičius, a creative director with over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, we are a close-knit team of like-minded professionals.

At the core of every project are our creative and art directors, creative strategist, designers, copywriter and project manager — each one blending their unique expertise to contribute to one shared goal. However, we’re not limited to in-house expertise. And when the project demands more, we expand our circle — bringing in trusted specialists, from videographers to media buyers, to ensure that each project is tailored to your exact needs, goals, and budget — without compromising on quality.

At Pencil&Lion, creativity begins with a pencil, but it’s the strength and determination of a lion that turns ideas into reality. The lion represents our approach: an idea, an execution, a goal.
